1. Requirement Definition and Business Process Review:

2. Oracle NetSuite Configuration:
   • Basic set-up – implement basic Oracle NetSuite functionality and add client-specific settings and content
   • Customization – leverage native Oracle NetSuite features as well as create workflows and develop scripts
3. Data Migration:
   • Import key data, such as customers and vendors in Oracle NetSuite
   • Migrate historical data from legacy system (custom solutions)
4. Testing/UAT:
   • User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Documentation – develop customized UAT’s for key Oracle NetSuite business processes
   • Quality Assurance Testing – both implementation team and users participate in rigorous testing of Oracle NetSuite before deployment to insure readiness
5. Client Training:
   • Train users on the use of Oracle NetSuite to insure that they are prepared to use the new functionality
6. Go Live Implementation:
   • Our team is onsite to work with users to answer questions and insure a successful Oracle NetSuite implementation
7. Post Launch Support & On-Going NetSuite Consulting
